Minimum 3-night stay during low season. Rates do not include state and local tax. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Advance deposit 50% at booking, remaining 50% due 30 days from the reservation date. Full refund if more than 30 days' notice, no refund within 30 days.
A Damage Deposit $500.00 is required at the time of check-in, to be released within 5 days if no damage is found.
